To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to email@example.com and include the Order number, reason for return/exchange, and any pictures (if applicable).
We offer free returns (less shipping cost) for 7 days from the receipt of item(s). If 7 days have passed, we will offer an extended return period of 7 additional days with a 20% restocking fee. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (If Applicable) .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (less shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days determined by your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout items cannot be refunded.
Due to cornhole boards being ordered from a 3rd party vendor, any boards cancelled prior to shipping will incure a 10% cancellation fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
